At Hematika, we know time matters. Our team works to make sure your bracelet reaches you safely and with full transparency, wherever you are.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Every bracelet is inspected before it ships to meet our quality standard.
Shipping Times by Country
- United States — 6–10 business days
- United Kingdom — 5–9 business days
- Canada — 8–14 business days
- Australia — 8–12 business days
- New Zealand — 8–12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, carrier conditions, or public holidays beyond our control.
Responsibility & Tracking
While we do everything possible to deliver on time, Hematika is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, customs holds, or local delivery issues. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress directly with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@hematika.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help redirect the package where possible.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply under local law. These are rarely charged on individual orders of this size but remain the customer's responsibility if applied.
United Kingdom — Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our Refund Policy for details on how to exercise this right.
