Refund Policy

At Hematika, we stand behind the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our priority.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@hematika.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@hematika.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover the cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return: gift cards, and any item explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange your bracelet for a different item, return your original order for a refund, then place a new order separately.

United Kingdom — 14-Day Right to Cancel

If your order was shipped to the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item must be unused and in its original condition. This right is in addition to, not a replacement for, our standard 30-day return policy above.
