Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, 
Australia, and New Zealand.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Estimated delivery times
- United States: 6-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-9 business days
- Canada: 8-14 business days
- Australia: 8-12 business days
- New Zealand: 8-12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasional delays can happen due to 
customs processing or carrier conditions beyond our control.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a 
tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs and import taxes
Prices displayed at checkout do not include any customs duties or 
import taxes that may be applied by your country. These are rarely 
charged on individual orders of this size, but remain the responsibility 
of the customer if applied.
